10 ways to reduce body fat

I have eliminated all sugar from my diet. I drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning, but I drink it black and with honey. So, I replace sugar with honey. Honey is so good for you as it has vitamins and minerals and healing properties. I don't drink coke or sugary drinks. If you think drinking "Diet Coke" is good for weight loss....let me tell you, IT'S NOT!! It's really bad for you. But don't take my word for it. Research it :)
